Scout the Territory to generate leads in the main Industrial Segments of interest : O&G, Mining, Cement, Agriculture Soil, Sugarcane, Sugar Mills
Develop relationships with key business Drivers and Influencers in those Industry Segments
Develop Segments and Account strategies together with the Line Manager
Open doors at End User for a Bottom Up demand generation to support Sales actions as Top Down by contractors supply
Support Applications people during visits in the country
Suggest and support Marketing activities in the Industry Segments Associations
Align with Line Manger to review the Business Plan and define priorities to follow market dynamics
In alignment with Distributors Manager, visit Business Partners in the Territory to understand their needs to better enter in the above markets Segments
Support Sales Manager Brazil to develop market entry strategy as main focus country is Brazil
10 years of professional Business Development / Sales experience
Knowledge of Oerlikon Metco’s market and Industry Segment is a plus
English in verbal and written form. Any other language is a plus
Must be proficient in using business and communications software (preferably Word, Excel, PowerPoint, common Windows operating systems, and Outlook; SAP R3 a plus)
Willingness to travel
Very good negotiation, communication and social skills
Strong consultative, problem solving, facilitation skills
Strong business acumen and process skills
