Role Overview

  • Develop and own the roadmap / plan for the program
  • Interact closely with the development teams to prioritize the delivery of new features and ensure development is on track
  • Create management reports to track progress
  • Key Qualifications

  • Ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively, without fear of sharing ideas or voicing opinions to senior stakeholders or clients
  • Strong desire to work in the financial services and management consulting industries
  • A functional or technical background with a passion to form the future of finance
  • Ability to engage, interact, and participate in workshops and meetings with C-level executives and clients
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Willingness to travel and work in cross-border / cross-disciplined teams at client sites
  • Impeccable time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss complex ideas, develop project deliverables, and present in a coherent manner
  • Feel comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and pivot when necessary
  • Ability to recognize the importance of constructive criticism and feedback as a way to build on existing strengths and succeed in the future
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Flexible attitude
  • Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or technology, or must have a strong and passionate interest in business, finance technology and / or management consulting
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with specific project management methodologies such as Scrum and Agile
  • Technical Skills

  • Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Some background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
  • Good communication skills listening and providing answers
  • Ability to be adapt and prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions
  • Banking industry experience is a plus
