You will deliver white glove concierge services to high-end credit card users and assist with tasks including placing dining reservations & suggestions, flower orders, ticket inquiries and assistance with travel needs.
As a Lifestyle Consultant / Concierge, your will work in the call center in Phoenix, servicing a high volume of customer inquiries through inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, etc.
with an elite level of customer service.
