The Position

We are currently seeking for an Account Manager to be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with proven campaign KPI delivery and ownership, quota-

carrying sales performers to help us grow our Brazil customer base within airline, hotel, car and vacation clients / companies.

This person will be working closely with the Commercial and Account Management team in Miami and be an integral part of the growing Latin American team for KAYAK.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of implementation process and performance for each client campaign;
  • Proactively analyze, track and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives;
  • Proactively upsell & grow the clients under management to achieve Commercial quarter OKRs;
  • Collaborate closely with team members to build and maintain relationships with clients;
  • Clearly communicate progress of campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Identify opportunities for account growth across all verticals and products;
  • Responsible for reporting, campaign tracking and optimization, upselling, KPI achievements, billing and customer satisfaction.
  • Education, Experience and Skills :

  • 5-6 years of experience in managing advertising accounts or comparable experience
  • Language : Fluent in English mandatory, Spanish is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding client expectations with superior account management
  • Solid understanding of online media industry and analytical ability
  • Good sense of humor and likes working in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven experience with third-party ad servers (DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Atlas Solutions, Mediaplex)
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • BA / BS degree with a strong academic record
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce is a plus
