Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :

  • Deeply understands the characteristics, dynamics and drivers of each country s trade channel as well as each LOC s organizational structure and ways of working.
  • Leads the development of channel strategies in close alignment with Trade Heads in each LOC
  • Define and align commercial priorities focused on reducing prescription switch at the point of sales and sustainable growth in the Trade channel
  • Constantly seek for growth opportunities in Tender / Institutional channel
  • Work closely with regional CML and local Commercial Heads to assure CTC priorities are addressed
  • Monitors internal and external performance of the region s main customers, making necessary interventions with functional teams (Legal, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Demand) or directly with trade customers to assure brilliant execution of trade plans and mitigation of risks, always in close alignments with BU and Trade Heads.
  • Engage Marketing, Finance, Demand, Sales, Compliance teams at LOCs to propose and deploy relevant improvements to channel management including, for example : sales forecasting, stock in trade management, G2N spend, commercial policy, customer segmentation, route to market, organizational structure, performance dashboards, etc.
  • Support the regional CML in constrained supply allocations maximizing top and bottom line for the region as well as work with Supply Hub and Global Brands Leads to mitigate supply constraints
  • Work along with Global Insights & Capabilities on the development of trainings and tools that improve planning and execution capabilities of Trade teams across the region.
  • Promote the exchange of best practices in CTC among LOCs
  • Our CTC Head for EMW is key to unlock massive Trade and Tender opportunities through an indirect yet effective leadership over Trade teams across the region.

    This role also offers a great development opportunity due to the exposure to senior management, high level of influence in Trade Channel s strategy and performance, and exposure to EMW complexity and diversity.

    Basic qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related areas.
  • Robust experience in Sales or Trade Marketing within a healthcare industry, particularly with strategic enablers such as commercial policies, customer segmentations, long term customer agreements and G2N management.
  • Financial acumen
  • Relentless drive for progress of initiatives, tangible results and internal / external performance
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing and analytical skills
  • High degree self-motivation and ability to work independently with multiple time zones and local, regional and global stakeholders
  • Open for frequent travels within the region as meetings in different time zones
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is highly preferable
  • Preferred qualifications :

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus :

  • Previous experience in regional or global roles
  • Previous exposure with senior stakeholders
