As the Product Marketing Manager for Performance Solutions, you will be responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy for all of TikTok's performance based products.
You will partner closely with the Global PMM and PM teams to develop the overall strategic direction and assess key gaps in our performance product offerings.
You will use your experience and technical knowledge working with different performance based products to develop the strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on their plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans.
You understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence advertisers, agencies, and other cross functional partners.
Responsibilities : - Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the market internally with Global PMM and PM teams, and define go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ever-evolving ads product, with a focus on audience and targeting solutions.
Partner closely with Sales team and other key stakeholders to deeply understand performance auction pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.
This individual must demonstrate a strong understanding of the performance advertising ecosystem, developing test and learn agendas, and directing sales teams on appropriate levers to pull to improve performance auction health for advertisers.
This person must also understand the competitive landscape to develop strategic positioning and provide product feedback.
You will be instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
Plan and lead the successful adoption of alpha and beta programs for our performance solutions. - Communicate the value proposition of new products to all stakeholders and ensure that effective collateral and packages are created.
Drive product adoption and usage rates by supporting key market strategy and effective product support. - Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising and targeting solutions and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications : - BA / BS degree or above. - 5+ years of experience within the digital advertising industry across social, display, direct response, ad networks and / or search with a keen understanding of targeting.
Strong experience overall in performance based marketing from major platforms.- Experience partnering with product teams to identify and bring to market solutions for sellers.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results, and developing and executing against global launch plans to bring products to market.
A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis. - Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications : - Product marketing experience in web and mobile advertising and successfully contributing at both strategic and tactical levels.
Experience in influencing behavior change of key stakeholders at a variety of levels within an organization. - Experience in influencing product management decisions.
