What the role is
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible of the revenue for all the activities regards of Wellness, Tours, Transportation, Co work, Education and work the strategy to impulse the profit.
Responsible for all Experience revenue and profit : Wellness, Tours and Transportation, Rentals, Retail, Surf and Education Responsible for training all location staff on how to better sell and promote Explore productsResponsible for ensuring Experience promotional sales content is spread adequately around the location areas (Reception, Selina Home, Selina F&B Area, Selina CoWork property hallways, mood boards, elevators, rooms, partner transportation vehicles, etc.
Responsible for establishing the optimal commission structure for the front line teamCreate local level packages based on special events and local experiences offered (lead the collaboration with country and global level sales teams)Responsible for ensuring all the location team is appropriately using Rezdy and Winks (must check systems minimum 5 times a day)Close local level deals for groups and packages (corporate offsites, student groups, etc.
with the help of country and global teams when neededResponsible for achieving all Explore sales targetsSourcing new tour products and destinations to meet consumer demands.
Manage the sale & marketing process for all activities in your locationVisit new local destinations in order to gain information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers.
Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.
Coaching all location staff in selling and cross-sellingSupport in the creation of marketing initiatives for all products in the location with the support of the Country Sales & Marketing coordinator and external vendors Liaise with sales consultants.
Responsible for the location’s social media and all promotional material Analyze data and provide reports with conclusionsCreate and maintain a unique experience across all offeringsLiaising with clients, suppliers and other staffResponsible for all sales processes at location level and synergies with other country or global locations.
Create audiovisual daily content for the Location Social Media. Formation will be provided.Supervise and maintain branding at the location and request new material when needed.
Host and supervise influencers in order to receive the right exposure or the materials agreed.Financial control of all the Marketing expenses at the location.
Coordinate with Country Marketing coordinator the content for the TV's at the locationEncourage people from the location to share pictures in their own social media accounts and use the #selinalife.
Also encourage people to leave their review in the OTASMaintain a list of local suppliers for marketing needs (photographers, videographers, print companies, etc.
Help execute the regional marketing strategies in location.Respond daily comments and reviews in OTA'S.Check guestlist daily as well as IG location to locate potential influencers and alliances.
Verify that all departments share the brand values and live up to the standards promised to the clients.
