  • Responsibilities1. Have a deep understanding about the content ecosystem in LATAM region, know how to lead the team to drive a diversified and safe content on platform so as to attract and retain users;
  • 2. Understand the vision of our company and our product, able to translate the vision into business strategy to achieve quantifiable goals (such as DAU, MAU, retention rate etc) and break them into execution plans;
  • 3. Foster a culture of collaboration amongst your team and with other Tiktok departments to build the most successful creator population possible;
  • 4. Leverage Tiktok’s data engine to inform strategy and development and work in partnership with the monetization team to implement a monetization plan across multiple formats and creator groups;
  • 5. Create impact by identifying market trends, brainstorming aspirational ideas, and engaging with the right partners to match their strengths with Tiktok’s unique needs;
  • 6. Ensure top creator partner needs are met to create positive, long term relationships; 7. Interface with A list creator talent as well as external media partners whose content might live on the Tiktok platform - sports, entertainment, etc.

  • and if necessary - partner with the monetization team to advise brand advertising clients and their creative teams on win win solutions;
  • 8. Promote a culture of creativity that supports and enables creators, publishers and artists and enables them to pursue their creative freedom on Tiktok;
  • 9. Identify areas for improvement and evangelize creator partner management workflow by facilitating alignment and efficiency through data driven methodologies.

  • Qualifications1. BS / BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MS / MA / MBA considered an asset;2. Significant experience in digital media, creator partner management, content development, multi channel programming, planning, and / or production strategy;
  • 3. Understands LATAM content platforms and is familiar with different marketing channels including TV, magazines, networks, etc;
  • 4. Experience working with online communities in building and facilitating content creation;5. Experience building, managing, and inspiring fun, collaborative, and efficient teams 6.

  • Demonstrated ability growing site and / or platform visitors, exceeding traffic and viewership goals;7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast paced, startup environment;
  • 8. Cutting edge understanding of current social media platforms and trends and the ability to create content that performs against KPIs;
  • 9. Conceive and implement new content ideas and formats that are backed by the wealth of data and insights that Tiktok’s machine learning tools provide;
  • 10. Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
