As a Service Technician you will be responsible for performing service operations including diagnosis, repair and troubleshooting functions, which will result in the successful repair and maintenance of Teledyne FLIR products.
Under limited supervision, you will perform set-up and calibration of test and measurement equipment. Repetitive and routine as well as intermediate tasks, using a computer, its peripherals, calibration software and various measuring devices will be performed.
Updating of calibration related forms etc. will be carried out as required. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the customer service process and continued process improvements.
You will also assist internal and external customers (via in-person, phone, email, etc.) to resolve service-related issues.
