We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Create and execute professional and consumer marketing plan, working closely with Sales, Business Development and Commercial Operations, in order to drive case utilization, brand awareness and conversion.
  • Thought leader, internally & externally.
  • Lead Key Opinion Leader strategy for Latin America. Partner with Commercial Leaders to drive market opportunities synergistically.
  • Integrate Invisalign and iTero in the market message and positioning, truly telling the analog to digital story.
  • Develop positioning / messaging of Align brand and products to Customers, and create channel communications, which motivate trial and utilization.
  • Recruit and onboard doctors to be trained to provide Invisalign treatment.
  • Lead commercialization of product pipeline, working closely with Global Product Development teams. This includes coordinating with Clinical Education, Sales Strategy and other commercial areas.
  • Also includes development of Clinical Claims to support product launch and coordination of product launches with multidisciplinary approach.

  • Uses data and customer interactions to develop a deep understanding of customer and consumer needs and effectively educates the broader organization about these needs.
  • Leads cross-functional teams in creating and executing tactical plans that support their business strategies.
  • Analyzes reports and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends. Works with finance to manage the annual and quarterly forecasts.
  • Manages a range of projects that support their strategic and tactical efforts, including market research studies, development of customer-facing marketing collateral (brochures, emails, web pages, trade advertising, etc.
  • and creation of new reports to analyze progress in building the business.

  • Lead consumer conversion program strategy and execution.
  • Build strategy, deliver execution plan and lead consumer marketing organization in the region.
  • Build strategy, deliver execution plan and lead professional events organization in the region.
  • Lead innovation pipeline in the region, working closely with global areas.
  • Develop annual plan with quarterly tactics executed and measured.
  • Coach and develop direct reports.
  • Responsible for management of outside vendors and contractors for specific initiatives.
  • Strong leadership; demonstrates initiative, takes action, and drives for results.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer and consumer needs and create solutions to meet those needs.
  • Effective communication skills (written, oral, & presentation).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to make sound strategic decisions, incorporating data from multiple sources and business judgment.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with individuals at all levels in an organization and understand their needs / motivations.
  • Ability to effectively manage complex cross-functional projects.
  • Self-starter who needs minimal supervision and able to effectively manage through ambiguity.
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong project management.
  • Leadership ability to influence others, without authority, to drive change.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving growth to achieve business objectives
  • 15+ years of marketing or related experience
  • 8+ years experience in dental or medical device marketing required
  • Experience leading both sales and marketing teams
  • BS or BA required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
