You will create innovative design solutions, from concept to completion, across all communication platforms, including but not limited to : collateral materials, environmental graphics, publications, brand identity, packaging, video and multimedia.
Consult with marketing team to obtain information on products or services to design communication materials that meet strategies and objectives.
Develop compelling concepts and designs that differentiate brands, is appropriate for audience and drives key initiatives.
Gain a deep understanding of the hearing aid industry through collaboration with marketing team and cross-functional departments.
Research, interview and assimilate information from multiple sources
Participate in brainstorming sessions to help create communications programs, and in creative sessions to inspire great creative work.
Specific assignments will include online advertising, video production, social media campaigns, site design, and branding projects.
Experience in these areas is required.
Utilize data and research to inform design thinking.

Ability to use phone and computer extensively
Able to travel domestically or internationally if required, including possession of a valid driver’s license. Potentially travel 2-3 times per year.
