THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Latam to join our People team in São Paulo !

YOUR IMPACT

  • Be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Non-Tech areas (Job Description Alignment / understanding,
  • Sourcing, Interviews, Offers, and Feedbacks);
  • Partner with business leaders throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet organization hiring needs and goals;
  • Provide to candidates a positive and engaging experience;
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including our external network, job boards, referrals, social media to find A-Players to join our mission;
  • Recommend innovative ideas that improve the end-to-end recruiting process and contribute to the long-term growth of Gympass.
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • Advanced / Fluent English;
  • Advanced Spanish will be considered a plus;
  • Previous and relevant experience as a recruiter (Experience recruiting focused on the Sales area will be considered a plus)
  • Ability to conduct a variety of interview types (structured, competency-based, values, etc);
  • Ownership mentality who thrives in an ambiguous environment;
  • Team player, very responsive, and organized;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
