Amazon Brazil is looking for a bright, Customer obsessed, results driven, and creative candidate to join our Retail team.
As a Brand Specialist you will work backwards from the Customer, identifying inputs to grow the brands you manage and improving their performance.
Brand Specialists own the relationship with top brands and use a wide range of skills, working across key areas of the Retail business, such as buying, site merchandising, pricing, inventory management, operations, marketing, and finance to drive growth of strategic vendor partners at Amazon.
Brand Specialists work on a variety of tasks for the brands they support, including but not limited to :
Business Advice : provide business advice based on financial analysis and business metrics
Selection : help grow and improve efficiency of selection by managing the launch of new products and improving product discoverability
Availability : support process improvement initiatives by reducing defects and lead times
Traffic : analyze traffic channels and work on initiatives that generate traffic by supporting the development and execution of marketing and merchandising campaigns
Conversion : Plan and execute promotional activities, continuously improving customer journey on Amazon

2-5 years of relevant work experience, in one or more of the following roles : buying, sales, inventory planning, pricing, product management, marketing, and / or financial analysis.
Candidate must be fluent in both English and Portuguese.
Knowledge of Excel is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as quantitative analysis.
Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and independent.
Knowledge of HTML, VBA, SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
