Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Sales Manager.
Develop and strenghten strategic and collaborative partnerships with customers / partners of the area, through consistent plans and excellent execution.
Engage our partners seeking excellence in the execution and productivity of distribution indicators. Together with the direct team (report) collaborative management, seek to surpass key KPI deliverables such as Sellout, Positivation, Sellin, MSL, Gross Margin, G2Net Efficiency.
Perform the diagnosis of the region, together with the development of Action Plans that address the changes necessary to overcome the results.
Monitor sell in, sell out, NPIs, contracts, market share, controlled coverage and numerical distribution targets in BAHIA regions, through hybrid management (several channels and customers).
Ensure the routine monitoring and periodic analysis of the results of operations DISTRIBUTORS, defining and implementing action plans for correction and improvement of the area.
Full monitoring of indicators and challenges of Positivation, Sell-out, sellin, Max Excellence (Dist Excellence Program)
Lead a governance of visits and business meetings with customers of the area, providing them with relevant management information that can improve their performance and giving visibility to the company’s short, medium and long term strategy.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of the company’s suggested pricing policy.
Be aware of the market movement, as well as actions of competitors, bringing inputs to the company and defining correction and combat plans.
Ensure the implementation of actions, strategies, platforms and projects of Categories, SRP and CCA in the area customers, according to the Perfect Store concept and guidelines.
Ensure efficiency in terms of utilization of approved resources, travel expenses and selling expenses in general in the area within approved budgets, through constant analysis of performance reports, as well as interaction with all areas of the company, in order to comply with company procedures and policies.
Conduct ongoing coaching with the Sales Team, Account Executives, to develop key competencies and pipeline training.
Manage and ensure the proper use of investments in the area, in accordance with MDLZ policies and values.
Track evolution of each team member in numerical terms, compensation and development. Develop pipeline.
Professional with at least 3 years of knowledge in Sales, Trade Marketing or RTM
Knowledge managing DISTRIBUTORS, WHOLESALERS, Retailers in general.
Knowledge managing several KPIs simultaneously, such as money management, billing, profitability, order and delivery tracking, Trade Marketing actions and POS execution monitoring.
Experience in the Distributor Channel due to the high representativeness of these partners in the customer portfolio.
Availability for travel / routine routes through the interior of
Excel and PowerPoint skills.
