Marketing at Tractian
The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits.
Our marketers across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business.
We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.
What you'll do
As a Video Producer and Co-Creator you will join our dynamic, rapidly-expanding demand generation team within one of the most exciting companies within the IoT technology space.
Playing a critical role in helping the team achieve our customer acquisition and revenue goals, you will work directly with our growing marketing and sales teams to qualify leads and optimize go-to-market programs.
You will be directly involved in working with marketing and sales stakeholders, streamlining their efforts and finding process efficiencies that directly impact pipeline creation and progression.
In addition to getting exposure to Tractian’s software, this role also offers plenty of room for growth.
Responsibilities
Drive dynamic conversations with Hardware / Software Product Managers and Technical Program Managers to ensure product launch strategy and dates are on track.
Translate next steps for cross-functional teams and offer solutions that re-align teams on existing or new sets of deliverables
Align and collaborate with creative stakeholders to drive on-time execution of deliverables such as User Education Materials, Copy, Imagery, Video Production and all other marketing materials
Technical management of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
Management of virtual event technology & streaming tools
Creation and management of critical production documents such as critical paths, run of show, storyboards, budgets etc.
Provide support to the Sales & Account Management teams for pitches and proposals with production elements
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in a related role, ideally within a B2B software organization.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas rapidly and compellingly to a variety of audiences.
Excellent Video recording skills, since a major part of your time you will be in front of a camera, developing and scripting best in class materials and courses
Demonstrated track record of achievement / exceeding goals.
Experience using corporate productivity and web presentation tools (internally we use Hubspot, Semrush, and LinkedIn)
