DescriptionBased in south Manchester, this HR Manager role, will be an operationally aligned HR professional who leads on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with a value-
add and commercially astute service. You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders.You will have be managing the ER, Talent, Engagement and D&I agenda.
Specific skills on Restructure, Redundancy, Recruitment and Engagement are of key focus.You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
You will also manage, develop and mentor another HR team member.You will be based in south Manchester and there will be a minimal requirement to travel across a multi-
site remit as and when required to meet the needs of the role.ProfileAs the HR Manager, you will be confident and assertive -
grassroots to leadership.Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the leadership team.
As the HR Manager, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business.
ER, IR, Talent, Engagement, D&I etc.You must have experience within a Retail or FMCG environment as well as managing change programmes to be considered for this role.
