If you’re that top talent, we’ll look to you to be our International Aftermarket Manager.In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all international aftermarket parts and services business operations.
Essentially, you will develop, manage, and execute strategic plans to promote and increase the sales of aftermarket parts and services.
and develop and implement action plans to achieve breakthrough levels of performance. You will ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
You will lead a multi-functional team to identify and lead the implementation of continuous improvements : improving lead time, reducing costs, eliminating process bottlenecks, and maximizing overall business process efficiency.
In addition, you will develop project charters and lead the Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to execute major aftermarket pursuits.
Utilizing forecasting data, you will work to develop business cases for new / additional parts and kits. You will also serve as the key interface to parts distributors and in-
country sales representatives. As such, you will develop and maintain close relationships with these parties to ensure aftermarket sales performance that meet or exceed annual goals.
