Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Facebook is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead Facebook Gaming marketing efforts in LATAM, driving awareness and evangelism of Facebook's gaming related platform products among creators and developers in region.

This person will join the regional marketing team focused on adding strategic value to the gaming business through scalable and impactful marketing activations.

S / he will be based in our São Paulo office and report remotely to the Regional lead for Gaming Partnerships Marketing based in London.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and passionate about gaming and video streaming, preferably with experience in content creator, developer and influencer marketing roles in LATAM.

S / he understands different market dynamics in region, the competitive landscape, industry trends, and how to impact creator sentiment positively.

The regional marketing manager will be responsible for all aspects of regional B2B marketing, from planning to execution, driving industry and homegrown events, marketing programs, video case studies, live shows and and educational content collaterals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and agencies, and display strong project management, communication, and organizational skills Required Skills : 1.

Activate the LATAM marketing plans by collaborating closely with global, regional and in-market cross-functional teams (including partnerships, PR, events, design, product) to deliver world-class marketing activations2.

Manage LATAM homegrown and industry events targeting gaming content creators in region. Lead the whole process from planning to execution, demonstrating exceptional project and stakeholder management skills3.

Lead the development of content marketing initiatives, including events, video case studies, video live shows, presentations, as well as content for on / off platform marketing channels4.

Design marketing programs and collateral to drive adoption and support education of facebook gaming platform and products5.

Track, analyse and communicate quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure marketing impact6. Manage regional localisation of global content and collaterals by coordinating seamlessly across internal reviewers and agency contacts7.

Develop a deep understanding of regional needs and market nuances8. Perform analysis, leading to recommendations and action plans to add value at all levels of the organization Minimum Qualifications : 9.

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in equivalent fields10. Portuguese language (native) & English language proficiency11.

8+ years work experience in Marketing or Product Management in technology (games, tech, consumer or B2B)12. Experience in the gaming industry, with knowledge of gaming influencer marketing and competitive landscape13.

Project management experience, with clear timeline, budget control and organizational skills14. Experience partnering with creative and events agencies, product management and / or engineering organisations15.

Experience managing large scale industry & homegrown events16. Experience working cross-functionally with different levels of management, both internally and / or externally17.

Available to travel up to 30% of the time Industry : Internet
