The Associate Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist helps drive growth and fulfills the needs of our business through analysis of key metrics, coordinating with sales, marketing, finance, and software engineering to develop and implement solutions to assist various sales teams in achieving their goals.

This position also creates reports and visualizations as a result of their analysis of company data and present those findings to various groups in the organization, including management.

The Associate Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist may also be required to interface with customers in-person and via phone or email to further build relationships and foster understanding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist sales teams with operational tasks, such as data analysis, policy execution, and negotiation with managers.

Provide ad hoc analyses to understand quotas, sales rep performance, sales metrics, and competitor impact. Liaise with other teams, distilling requirements and information to produce meaningful results as they relate to established objectives throughout the company.

Integrate, compile, analyze, and evaluate data on sales performance metrics, including trends for products. Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.

Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.

Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Identify, recommend, and implement quality and efficiency improvements. Ability to develop and manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Intermediate-level knowledge of the Salesforce.com Sales Cloud platform from an administrative perspective.
  • Ability to conduct Data structure and hierarchical analysis.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Advanced skillset with spreadsheet, presentation, word processing software.
  • Ability to apply business math and develop statistical analysis.
  • Ability to explicitly interpret data and visualizations into actionable insights.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Manages stress and / or fast-pace effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent education and / or relevant work experience required.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Admin 201 Certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the following areas : o Business analytics and Sales productivity metrics.o Database management / administration or as a business data owner.
  • o Data center industry experience preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
  • Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
  • Close visual work on a computer terminal.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Able to climb a ladder and work on a raised platform.WORK CONDITIONS
  • This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with an occasional need to be on-site in a shared workspace.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
