The Sales Enablement Leader at Loja Integrada will be focused on :
Converting the Freemium users to paid users
Analyze the user behavior and how to decrease the time between sign up and sell.
Organize the communications processes always focused on converting users to paid
Help free users to finish the full setup of their merchants so they're able to sell online.
Understand the store setup behavior to feed the attraction team with information.
Report the Freemium users' profiles and behavior to customer success.
Define the Strategy for the Loja Integrada Freemium Model.
Think, format and automate processes to be more scalable as possible.
Ability to use tools (CRM - Hubspot, CRP - Intercom, Gsuite, Conpass - Onboarding tool, etc) to scale processes.
Strong Business view aligned with the goals planned for the area.
Keep an open mind to new business opportunities.
Identify, measure and develop new ways to improve the area revenue.
Ideal candidates possess a tremendous amount of focus and macro perspective.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Responsible for organize and oversee the following activities of the team :
Identify gaps, breaks and difficulties on the onboarding process - You’ll fully work with B2C
Responsible for the largest group of users of Loja Integrada.
Analyze the performance of existing operations and identify areas for improvement. (reporting, monitoring, KPI analysis)
Keep current leads, opportunities and wins up to date in our internal Hubspot CRM system.
Look over the whole process, from the lead capture to the signup moment, focused on the new user success.
Business Intelligence and be aware of any relevant and business making opportunities.
Keep track of performance to match the goals.
Manage communication with Tech teams to identify new business possibilities and evolve the current opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong leadership skills
Experience in Sales enablement and Customer success.
Experience in the eCommerce industry;
Ability to understand business needs, articulate trade-offs, and discuss solutions with the client and VTEX SMB teams;
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
Availability to travel;
Organization and self-motivation to work in an environment with significant autonomy and flat hierarchy
Strong capability to work in teams and an ability to learn and adapt quickly.
English and / or Spanish language is required.
Comfortable with the hard-work and objective oriented culture.
Comfortable with the use of CRM softwares (Hubspot, ideally).
Excellent interpersonal skills like on-board focus on finishing, deep respect for preparation, care about details, consistency, happiness, creativity, competitiveness, consistently overcoming adversity, and team collaboration, which means endurance athletes skills for partnerships roles.
BA / BS degree or similar college level education
Understanding of digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales related role preferably in SaaS universe
Some experience in dealing with customer success or related
