What is the Middle Office Client Services group responsible for?
The Middle Office Client Services team is responsible for supporting our Portfolio Managers and Trading Desks in all operational aspects relating to the products they manage and trades they execute.
This includes working with our Outsourced Administrators and Custodians teams, who are responsible for confirmation and settlement of trades, onboarding new products, registering of securities and managing the operational service relationships with our distributors and shareholders.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior Middle Office Client Services Analyst?
The Middle Office Senior Analyst within Global Trade Services will be responsible for performing multiple analytical, operational support and client service, and support-specific tasks.
The position will involve project work and technical assistance for trade settlement teams, as well as a great deal of Front Office interaction to act as a conduit for all their operational questions.
The role requires leadership skills, product knowledge, interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
This role also requires strategic thinking and the ability to work issues through with Operations and / or Technology teams.
