Atento is looking for a Commercial Sales Director with call center experience to join our team!
Responsibilities
Comply with the budgeted yearly income according to the policy of the commercial direction.
Comply with the contribution and profitability margins defined every year by the commercial direction.
Qualifications
Technician, at least six semesters or technical degree in administration, engineering, financial or related careers.
3+ years of relevant work experience in the public or private sector with commercial / operations management in a contact center environment.
Desirable formation in consultive sales, negotiation techniques, and commercial strategies.
6 years of experience in related management experience of contact center / commercial / operations. (PMO).
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Activities / Main tasks
Design commercial proposals and visits in the public and private sectors. Follow up of existing business and capacity to acquire new business.
Visit potential clients to offer the company's business portfolio.
Design commercial proposals that are adjusted and comply with clients' expectations.
Ensure the correct utilization and update of CRM.
Enact commercial follow-up with the clients with which contact or business has been established.
Participate in public and private sector bids, guaranteeing that Atento's proposals comply with their policies.
