Pandora is one of the world’s most loved jewellery brands and Australia has some of the most engaged Pandora customers globally.
In late last year Pandora commenced a mid-long term brand relaunch project to evolve how we connect with modern women in relevant and meaningful ways.
This new role covers both the Australian and New Zealand markets and is a mix of coordinating both the creative assets production as well as channel performance analytics and reporting.
The role supports the Media Planner and Paid & Owned Marketing Manager in the execution and tracking of all paid digital media activity.
The key focuses of the role will require you to :
Brief, build and proof digital media creative assets in line with the media plan, channel / campaign objectives and global and local marketing guidelines, uploading approved assets to the media agency.
Write copy for paid search and update keyword recommendations in line with product launches and marketing campaigns.
Maintain internal media spend / budget tracking documents to ensure they always show the most up to date numbers.
Regular and ad hoc reporting of paid digital media channel performance
Manage the end to end finance process for paid media finance with the accounts payable team (raising purchase orders, invoicing checking & coding etc)
Assist in administrative requirements of paid digital media programs (eg product feed optimisation, affiliates etc)
Assist in rolling out global media initiatives / guidelines, tests / optimisations and performance management of paid media channels.
Assist across other media or digital marketing activities as required.
Pandora’s Pacific office is located in Belrose on Sydney’s northern beaches / north shore.
With a love of fashion and lifestyle brands, you hold at least 2 years’ experience in digital media or digital marketing.
This could be from agency or client side and should ideally include experience across multiple digital media channels.
You are confident with digital media performance KPIs and optimisations and ideally have hands on experience with google and facebook advertising platforms.
Current google and facebook ad certification (or progress towards) preferred.
You have a natural curiosity to continuously test and learn, seeking out meaningful measurement and insights in everything you do.
You are familiar and confident in utilising Microsoft Excel.
You ideally have exposure to working for / with a global consumer brand and are comfortable having regular calls with our global media team based in Copenhagen (often these are early evening local time).
You have completed tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as marketing or communications.
