Salesforce is seeking an experienced, well-rounded, dynamic and results-focused marketing professional to drive our Strategic Events and Executive Engagement programs in Latin America.

This person will be responsible for building activities and managing a talented team that drive impact through events and executive activities.

We are looking for a hands-on and execution-oriented profile who is able to orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver pipeline and sales growth.

The candidate needs excellent planning, organisational skills, talent management, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with key sales stakeholders and be accountable for results.

The opportunity requires a dynamic, pragmatic and flexible marketing professional with a proven history of success leading and executing integrated marketing programs.

This position requires strategic insight and planning, hands-on execution and people management skills. Responsibilities : An Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) in order to optimize engagement within specific accounts.

These individuals perform research on target accounts to discover new opportunities, and partner with sales account management teams to build tailor made, high-impact programs.

As an Account Based Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute target account strategies to support account-based selling, plus you will ensure that existing accounts are having an enjoyable customer experience.

More specifically, you’ll get to : Develop growth strategies with the sales team in order to optimize our events strategy and engagement within high-value accounts Develop growth strategies with the sales team in order to optimize engagement within high-value accounts Present metrics to measure the performance of existing marketing and sales campaigns Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts We’re looking for a flexible team player with excellent problem-solving skills, ingenuity and a high level of comfort with handling multiple projects at any one time.

Able to demonstrate strong project management capability. Passion for people management and talent development Must have a level of confidence and experience interacting with leadership and external audiences.

Exceptional project management, organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills. Able to demonstrate senior stakeholder management capability.

Experience working with content / thought leadership. Availability to travel for work (20%) Experience / Skills Required : 8 years working in marketing, preferably in B2B companies Project management skills, attention to detail and proactive approach to getting things done Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders in email and during conference calls / meetings. Ability to take control of a call and direct presenters.

Experience engaging and managing internal teams and external agencies to effectively execute projects on time and on budget Ability to lead, influence and work across organization boundaries, including a broad range of peers and executives A highly professional and collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset who works well under pressure in a high growth environment Previous roles working in technology companies and especially cloud and / or marketing to service, sales and / or marketing decision makers is an advantage Benefits & perks Employee Stock Purchase Program Health Insurance for the family group Wellness and Education Reimbursement Parental Leave Childcare subsidies And more!
