A Supervisor, Clinical Support is responsible for managing and improving your area of responsibility with excellence by supervising, coaching and motivating the Clinical Support team.
A Clinical Supervisor should work closely with the Staff Orthodontist and Clinical Managers from other areas, providing ideas for improvement in the Clinical Group.
In this role, you will
Responsible for recruiting, staffing, training, and discipline of clinical staff to support on-going production needs in a high growth environment.
Implement and champion continuous process improvement methodologies and techniques and establish ClinCheck quality monitoring processes (360 program) and clinical profiling process for targeted customers.
In charge of constant supervision of the technicians / CL Support team to guarantee high clinical quality standards in Align products and services.
Provide an organized structure that supports production and customer care needs.
Propose ideas for software development and participates in projects for their implementation, and proposes ideas for procedures and processes to promote improved service and customer satisfaction, and overall department improvements.
In this role, you’ll need
Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
Availability to work in a full-time position.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills, high level of commitment and a positive can-do attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry. Orthodontic or Prosthodontics Master’s or Specialty is desired.
Advanced English. Spanish is desirable.
