What you'll do
As an Account Executive, you will need to understand the minds of maintenance managers and also how our data and sensor can save the customer from costly failures.
You will be working with founders, co-founders, and partners, to continue generating net-new revenue and growing the Tractian brand.
Develop different approaches and forms of active prospecting, schedule and hold demonstration meetings, close contracts and create more attractive product presentation cases
Be in constant contact with the product and production team, fully understanding how each thing works and aligning shipping schedules, according to the needs of each customer
Cultivate relationships with potential and existing customers, as well as learn deeply about the needs of maintenance managers
Make visits to industries as needed and solidify the existing relationship with each customer
Upsell and crossell is your responsibility to map the customers that already see value in our solution and be able to perform upsell and crossell actions
2+ years of previous closing experience at a b2b SaaS company
Experience carrying quota
Graduate of a 4-year university
Experience with Hubspot, and / or other CRM
Having already worked at industries or Engineering fields
