Project lead for the stabilization of transport center in BR providing support for Country Transport management center manager
Implements and maintain logistics strategy and policy at Country level on regards to Domestic transportation and Freight Settlement activities (all modals, domestic and international payment of logistics services and material trade receivables / payables);
Drive the maturity of team in Brazil organization (user & functional team);
Develop a country training strategy to expand usage and maturity in leveraging best logistics techniques within the business.
Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee.
Coordinates talent management processes.
Maintain a business oriented and customer-focused team.
Build network design thru trust and collaboration with SCM community, Businesses Units and suppliers.
Project manages and assists Transport Management center manager supporting Global and / or Local Business Unit with complex issues and opportunities (eg.
System, process flows based on best market techniques)
Orchestrate adequate and effective training for management, analysts and end customers
Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree
MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other relevant areas.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Experience in leading and executing projects initiatives.
Experience in logistics roles, specific focus on transportation management (international and domestic)
Excel advanced experience
TMS software experience
Domestic Inbound and Outbound Cargo (all modals)
Freight Settlement management (domestic and international)
