The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the regional marketing strategy for CASE & RPA (Coatings, Adhesives, Construction, Rubber & Plastic additives) in support of organizational business objectives.
This will include developing customer profiles, key messages, campaign calendars, and identifying the appropriate mix of marketing channels based on business needs.
The Marketing Manager will serve as a trusted consultant to assigned business leaders within the region, serving as cooperation between the business, key principals and market segment directors.
The individual must be comfortable and successful in a matrix / shared resource environment where success will often be determined by building strong relationships, leading through influence and excelling in a team first environment.
Market Insights Monitoring
Monitor key trends and market specific developments for the CASE & RPA products of Azelis.
Monitor EMEA market trends in CASE & RPA market segments
Monitor competition and principals’ activities, conduct market and product analysis.
Marketing Coordination & Followup
Working with assigned business leaders, develop annual regional marketing plan that helps the organization achieve identified business objectives, balancing key principals and trends across all regions.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns that support the larger segment strategy, using market analysis, industry acumen to position the organization, product, or service in appropriate geographies.
Serve as the project manager for development of relevant content and materials, working closely with Digital Marketing team, Market Segment Directors to ensure timely and accurate execution while balancing regional trends, culture and language.
Lead Voice of Customer, value proposition, customer buying journey, customer / supplier persona, and market segmentation activities for assigned line of business
Work with Market Segment Directors, Technical and Sales to develop joint marketing programs with key principals while leveraging work across multiple regions
Condense analysis related to campaign performance, market trends, and regulatory development into actionable insights that inform stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Manager and other disciplines.
Work with the digital team to analyze marketing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Work with digital & Marketing colleagues to improve content development process, tooling, and templates.
Be the ambassador of Azelis digital experience platforms. Engage with local sales and marketing teams to raise Azelis overall Digital Strategy and sales and marketing capabilities.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor or Masters degree or relevant by experience. MBA is a plus.
Min of 10 years of Commercial / market / technical experience in one or more of the market segments (Coatings, Adhesives, Construction, Rubber & Plastic additives).
Marketing experience is a plus.
Excellent writing and communications skills. Able to deliver content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing integrated marketing campaigns with a working understanding of digital marketing, media relations, trade show execution, and other areas in support of omnichannel efforts.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while successfully handling multiple projects at the same time.
Proven team leadership skills
Excellent skills in English, both oral and written.
