    Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Pricing Coordinator. Position Purpose Co-lead the pricing maturity level improvement by : + Improve pricing-to-value processes and modelling delivering strong commercial policies by category, brand, region, deep understanding external environments (competitors, elasticities, taxes, shopper behaviors) + Provide Brazil Net Revenue (RPU) understanding and variances monthly by category / family + Ensure operational pricing processes are delivered in time and with high assertiveness Main Responsibilities + Structure and update pricing playbook and co-lead pricing committee with Brazil leadership.

  • Deep understand of each component of pricing environment (discounts, G2N, Taxes, competition, price elasticity and price index) for Biscuits, PBs and Meals families.
  • Co-lead price to consumer modelling in order to recommend the best consumer price strategy (optimal price vs investment vs ROI) to execute our plans, delivering strong adherence of the pricing playbook.
  • Identify revenue opportunities by using external data (Nielsen, Wise, etc.) and competitive pricing positioning scenario by region.
  • Involvement on NPI pricing set up and scenarios. + Support sales team to delivery G2NET efficiencies to improve the Net Revenue quality.
  • Work with all pricing team to keep all controls in place related to discounts changes, price changes, price difference in order to have the correct invoice for all MDLZ products.
  • Develop monthly a KPI to track RPU variances by family / category in order to proper analyze channel, region, product mix on top line results to all categories.
  • Qualifications Academic Knowledge + Graduation is required (business administration, accounting, economics, engineering) Working Knowledge + Strong experience in Pricing, Revenue Management or FP&A + Commercial negotiation and channel balance knowledge Abilities + Excel and other Microsoft Office tools knowledge is mandatory + Intermediate English is required + Communication Skills + Hands on Mondelez International, Inc.
