What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy development and execution for paid digital advertising in our South American markets.
This role is also responsible for the web experience in Brazil and the Email channel in Brazil. Role will include managing and executing a wide variety of digital projects (web, search, email, campaigns, advertising, etc.
delivering strategic guidance to internal stakeholders, and collaborating with many departments across the company to help them leverage the digital channels to meet company goals.
You will :
Delivers digital services ranging from consultation to execution, including but not limited to : discovery and planning sessions;
creation of prototypes, wireframes, templates; content creation and distribution using web CMS and applicable tools, and knowledge transfer and support.
Enhances the SAS digital channels by understanding the business objectives and delivering digital guidance and expertise based on alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.
Ensures that the digital channel meets the needs of the intended audiences.
Participates on cross-functional teams with the goal of ensuring consistency, accuracy, quality, and globalization of digital marketing initiatives across geographies.
Collaborates with other marketing staff, including global counterparts, to integrate and complement marketing strategies and share best practices across multiple channels.
Conducts market research analysis to identify trends, topics, market opportunities or competitor performance in digital channels.
Develops supporting documentation for web projects and initiatives.
Analyzes data to validate current strategy and effectively makes recommendations to optimize web site and campaign performance based on KPIs (key performance indicators).
Identifies changes and trends in digital marketing and recommends appropriate strategies that will ultimately maximize company profit.
Stays abreast of related industry trends and technologies and embeds this insight into planning, campaign strategies and execution.
What we’re looking for
You have experience managing an external digital agency partner.
You have been accountable for providing direction and for the performance of others via in-direct influence methods.
You have intermediate or advanced Spanish and English language skills as well as advanced Brazilian Portuguese language skills.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Typically requires a minimum of five+ years of related experience.

The nice to haves
Direct management or oversight experience for contractors and external vendors.
Experience with web content management system - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience with e-mail deployment system.
