What you'll do

As a Data Analyst BI, you will build out strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency across the business, as well as improve observability and build out automation that touches nearly all the areas at Tractian.

Responsibilities

Perform deep-dive analysis of the business processes & goals and implement new metrics across the business that directly determine our strategic and operational decision-making processes

Be a Data Blue-Cap Hero : engage with key stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and help to translate this into actionable insights for our teams

Proactively bring new ideas, develop creative, engaging data visualization to facilitate access to insight and support data-driven decisions

Manage and improve all business intelligence processes within the company

Requirements

2+ years experience building SQL queries

Professional experience in a data-intensive role such as business intelligence or data analytics

You have strong analytical skills and you are able to clearly communicate data insights

Experience using BI and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, Big Query or similar
