Logistics Operations Administrator
Purpose of the role :
The key purpose of the role is to operationally support the 3rd party logistics (PL) for Sweden HUB which includes storage & handling, co-packing and transport.
The role includes responsibility for supporting a variety of 3rd party logistics operations across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Out of three Assistant roles in the Nordic organisation, this role will be responsible for the FI WH operations.
The network has been going through a fundamental change and simplification within the SND programme and went live in 2018.
Main Responsibilities :
Support and management of 3rd party logistic, Posti, Finland.
Mastershopper - Being 1 out of 4 people in Nordic Logops having the Coupa license.
Administration tasks for custom handling.
Stock Reconciliation 3pl warehouses.
Inventory Management - (control of all movements in 3PL warehouse and MDLZ system / scrapping).
Report / solve interface errors.
Handling of customers returns.
Handling of damaged goods.
Arrange and monitor scrapping of finished goods & packing material.
Perform manual Goods Receipt / Goods Issue / Goods Movement if necessary.
Assist during Special Situations, internal controls and audit with traceability reports.
Be involved in stock count at our 3PL warehouses.
Track and give feedback from various internal controlling reports (BI, PIA, PO / STO & LogOps Service Level).
Ad hoc, support CS&L-team and other departments of queries that may occur.
Back up for other LogOps assistants in management of 3PLs in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Qualifications and Role Requirements :
Degree level or equivalent education.
Graduates may be considered.
An effective communicator. Influential at all levels and both cross functionally and with third party representatives, to achieve targets and optimise operational efficiency.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams to analyse problems and propose compelling solutions.
Energy and tenacity to achieve targets.
Advanced English language proficiency.
Must be able to speak one of the Nordic languages.
Previous experience in an FMCG environment, ideally with experience in 'front line' operations e.g. Logistics Operations, Customer Service, Planning, Warehousing and Transport functions.
Knowledge of logistics operations and experience of managing 3PL providers.
Knowledge of the warehouse and distribution systems and processes.
Finnish language would be an asset.
