The service technician performs service supervision, repair and maintenance activities on site on a wide range of pumping equipment.
Work is usually done at the customer's facilities, which include factories, chemical facilities, pumping stations, refineries, oil platforms and other plant facilities.
On-site supervision of the pump assembly and installation of ANSI and API
Have the ability to generate failure analyzes and assessments of equipment conditions and reported problems.
Perform installation and monitoring of equipment.
You must generate service reports for each service, which must be delivered to supervisors. That should include equipment data, operating conditions, vibration readings (if applicable), equipment alignment data, customer name.
Expertise in the assembly and assembly of highly engineered pumps (WXH, WIK, HDB, etc.).
Expertise in the assembly and assembly of vertical pumps of great expense, energy, etc.
Responsible for the execution, installation, commissioning, maintenance, inspection and repair of a wide variety of pumps and related equipment.

Provide accurate and timely activity reports to the customer and to the Flowserve address.
The work plan, the coordination of the subcontractor's activities, maintains the client's periods.

Knowledge of API and ANSI standards.
Work must be performed in support functions for engineering, production, sales, operation and maintenance personnel.
Technically support level 1 field service personnel at all times.
You must have a current driver's license, be prepared to travel abroad and work outside your home base for long periods of time or as the job requires.
Guide field service personnel 1 under the direction of the service manager.
Responsible for implementing and documenting work modifications, under the direction of Field Service Level 3 or the engineering design team.
Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with the customer. While the service is running, Field Service 2 must make good technical decisions to meet the customer's needs while maintaining business interests.
Independent resolution of adverse situations in a constructive way. Consult Service Manager as needed.
Have the knowledge of vibration analysis to generate ACR of the equipment that requires it.
Have general knowledge of control and instrumentation.
Have general knowledge of commissioning and starting pumping equipment.
Have basic and advanced knowledge in hydraulics.
Have knowledge of mechanical seals and lubrication plans.
Be a leader for the execution of teamwork.
Look for business opportunities in the workplace and must be reported directly to Field Service Level 3
Mechanical or industrial technician or engineer, with at least 7-9 years of experience
Service technician with extensive experience in assembly, assembly, equipment startup, pump engineering with right-handers.
Knowledge of rotating equipment, high energy pumps, experience in the workshop and manufacturing processes, Vibration Analysis, with experience in process plants of at least 3 to 5 years.
