Roles and responsibilities
Evaluate and analyse order flow received, and system input
Manage the relationship between commercial entities, customers and the factory, and provide ongoing support to ensure procedures are run efficiently from the beginning up to and including delivery to customers, addressing issues that may arise throughout
Communicate with internal departments to ensure issues are managed effectively, and to improve overall operational excellence (logistics, tax, invoicing)
Daily order and delivery status tracking
Daily reporting to customers to ensure they are given updates and meaningful information throughout the process
Schedule deliveries with customers and contract freight
Keep department documents updated and in good order, to ensure traceability and to meet with both internal administration and customer requirements
Qualifications and requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Foreign Exchange Trading
Advanced English
5 years’ experience in a Customer Services role or field
ERP system knowledge
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
