This position oversees Product Management for Amazon Devices categories. This person will own the product categories and will be responsible for strategic initiatives such as forming the Go-
to-Market plan, as well as defining and delivering sales strategy. A successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically.
He / she will be analytical, customer centric, resourceful, team oriented, an effective communicator, and will have the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines, co-
working with various stakeholders, including marketing, finance and operations team. You must have the ability to quickly formulate plans that are deeply backed by data and execute across many work functions simultaneously.
We are looking for a person who :
Has led strategic initiatives such as forming the Go-to-Market plans and product management for consumer devices, and worked with a cross-
functional team of business, marketing and merchandizing, internal development team, designers and operations managers.
Is a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
Enjoy solving problems innovatively and are good at crafting solutions, both strategically and tactically.
Use data to make the best decisions for your customer.
Communicate clearly and effectively with cross functional groups and senior management.
Is not afraid of rolling up his / her sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals

You will be accountable for driving the device category's sale in Brazil, spanning the end-to-end product life cycle : from new product launches to post-launch demand generation.
Leading the Amazon Devices' strategic initiatives and work with a cross-functional team of business, marketing and merchandising, internal development team, designers and operations managers.
Drive demand : includes running and developing new initiatives for selling devices on Amazon.com.br and our retail partners.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
Conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
Over 7 years' experience in product management, project management and product marketing
Sharp analytical thinking
Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Excel advanced skills (e.g. data analysis using pivot table)
Unwavering attention to detail with an acute awareness that everything counts
Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience in launching a consumer product or website
Experience in managing both online and offline sales
Track record of delivering consumer-focused marketing campaigns
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
