Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team andyou will help support the important business enablement functions that keep ourorganization running strong.
As a CBS professional, you will work across teamsto provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptionalquality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growthand profitability.
Major teams within CBS include Finance, InformationTechnology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing andCommunications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities :
Set the strategic direction for the market segment;deliver an informed POV (point of view) based on market and account dynamics,insights and observations
Work with Global team on location strategy andexecution for segment
Activate Growth Markets programs and strategictargeting in the Core within the segment
Serve as connector to global sector teams, leadingpractices and thought leadership
Work with Market Segment Leader and / or Client ExecutiveLeader to identify potential targets, cultivate leads and manage relationships
Serve as Business Development liaison whereappropriate; this could include leading AMF sessions with key Focus Accounts,and coaching teams on strategic pursuit strategy and orals preparation
Drive key Markets meetings : set cadence andagenda and drive action items
Drive focus account reviews with MSLT andsales cadence through strategic pipeline reviews with SLL / Sector leaders
Team with the MSLT to lead the developmentand execution of key sector networks / events, including developing the agenda,strategic targeting and client engagement
Viewed as a key strategic member of the MSLTwith a strong POV and ability to execute independently
English language skills - excellent writtenand verbal communication
