What You’ll Do
As a Quality Transformation Project Leader, you’ll be part of our Corporate team located in working remotely. The Quality Transformation Project Leader is a person who will lead the Enterprise Quality Management System (QMS) software roll-out implementation and customization at Stanley Black & Decker’s sites.

Cultivate, develop, and manage strong, lasting relationships with Corporate Quality Teams, Corporate IT teams, local Quality teams and Software vendor for the identification, development, financial justification, and integration of our QMS software.
Be responsible for creating and keeping schedule of QMS software roll-out, providing briefing on status.
Comply with the requirements, installation, operation, and maintenance of the QMS software.
Manage continuous improvement of the QMS software by developing and coordinating the workflow of the approval of requested changes to the environment.
Support the teams to develop strategies for QMS software implementation for new and existing plants.
Identify QMS software gaps to drive continuous improvement.
Configure, develop, and enhance QMS applications.
Work with individual sites to identify QMS Software administrators and provide access and training to them and relevant personnel.
Champion change and motivate teams to adopt new processes.
Coordinate with business stakeholders; communicating and promoting strategic changes.
Proactively plan and implement QMS software strategic initiatives.
Lead projects for the transformation of the QMS Software.
Establish and execute plans related to QMS Software deployment and maintenance.
facilitate meetings that involve eliciting process requirements, gathering business requirements, liaising with users of all skill levels.
Act as a liaison between the technical teams and QMS stakeholders to communicate changes.
Ensure the in-scope QMS software deployment is compliant, effective, and maintained.
Ensure requirements are effective in all processes in scope.
Lead projects to sustain a compliant, effective, and lean QMS structure
Ensure the QMS software deployment is in line with the evolution of the Business supporting simplification and standardization.
Be accountable for key performance indicators.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study required. work experience combined with current schooling towards degree will be considered
4 years minimum experience in QMS related areas with strong project management experience, DMAIC, AGILE, SCRUM, other.
Ablility to organize and lead workshops focus to improve processes.
Critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of systems integrations (SAP, ETQ, Salesforce)
Experience with SQL, Tableau, BI, or other reporting software is preferred
Experience in capital projects and financial justification a plus
Software / programming experience preferred (VBA, Python, etc.) or willingness to learn
Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills required
Demonstrated excellent leadership skills required
