null In this role, you have the opportunity to The Business Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and execute the Go To Market approach for the CT / DXR portfolio, the associated products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets' Business and overall Marketing strategy and works with the Clusters and Businesses to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches.

S / he supports the Business Marketing & Sales Leader (BM&S) in the interactions with the Business, especially around the Marketing enablers and metrics.

The BMM also supports and coaches the Modality Sales and Clinical teams in the Market and ensures Marketing strategy and plans are aligned.

You are responsible for The Business Marketing Manager champions compliance with General Business Principles in the market place.

Role models our General Business Principles as a fundamental part of our behaviors and takes pro-active measures throughout Philips to ensure compliance with the GBP Marketing Plan and Execution + Supporting the Head of Marketing in creating the Health System Marketing Plan for the Market by providing Audience and Business specific insights and the global Portfolio and Business Strategy+ Driving the Audience and Business specific execution of the Health Systems Marketing Plan and translating and aligning those with the BMC plans+ Supporting the Business Marketing & Sales Leader in the BMC process (products, services, and solutions) around the marketing enablers and marketing metrics+ Providing Market and Customer Insights and Trends to the Business+ Performance Management of assigned Portfolio of Product, Solutions, and Services Perfect NPI + Supporting the Business by providing market insights and trends and reviewing the value proposition and global plans in the in the product development phase and localizing it for the market (Local Launch Brief)+ Responsible to form the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch+ Responsible to drive local product launches in line with the global strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy Marketing Sales Enablement (in a bigger Markets set-up as separate role) + Creates localized assets and content for the sales teams in close collaboration with Marketing operations.

  • Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to support them in maximizing business opportunities.
  • Point of contact and "go-to" resource for modality sales specialist and clinical application specialist for (pre-)sales support+ Capture, assess, and act on win / loss analysis+ Support Head of Marketing for PD.
  • You are a part of the regional Markets Business Marketing team supporting the LATAM region. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience + Acts as a role-model for our Philips behaviors : Customer first, Quality & Integrity always, Team up to Win, Take Ownership to deliver fast, Eager to improve and inspire"+ Experience in all aspects of Marketing including market insights, value proposition generation, pricing, communications, channel management and planning+ Knowledge of marketing processes, strategic planning and budgeting+ In depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company's goals.

  • Wide-ranging experience, professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Possess cooperative effort across different domains+ Works in multinational environment with strong personal communication skills+ Having worked before with P&L and financial aspects of the business+ Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a very big plus+ Comfortable with making trade offs, decisively+ Able to synthesize market and customer feedback to drive valuable innovations+ Globally fluent, and able to function effectively across cultures Philips is an equal opportunity employer.
