About this opportunity

The Commercial Operations Manager is an experienced professional in charge of developing and expanding best business practices into his / her existing markets for the complete Invisalign and iTero product range.

The Manager of Commercial Operations is responsible for executing new ideas and concepts with the objective of bringing in notable new streams of Invisalign and iTero revenue, by forming the best performing sales organization and implementing successful business strategies across the region.

In this role, you will

  • Meet your country company sales objectives and cash flow targets
  • Along with Leadership team, develop / localize plans for sales force deployment, activities, reporting requirements, quota allocations, and key metric development to ensure effectiveness.
  • Manage and contribute with sales effectiveness Center of Excellence team through existing and future distribution channels.
  • Develop, formulate, and scale-up new distribution channels.
  • Map, define, implement and share best business practices with your full and dotted line reports.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple detail-oriented projects at a time.
  • Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with Sales, Business Development, Operations and Finance.
  • In coordination with your respective country Sales Leadership Team, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the Company.
  • In coordination with your respective country Sales Leadership Team perform and adjust compensation plans for all sales personnel including commission plans, awards and incentives.
  • Expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
  • Provide leadership in one-on-one, region, and group settings.
  • Support other areas with all needed commercial business intelligence information. Previous experience with PowerBI and Salesforce.com are required.
  • Manage customer database, design strategy and implement actionable execution plans to expand number of customers. That execution includes qualification, segmentation, touch points and conversion.
  • Manage all business related KPIs and translate it into insights, strategies and execution plans for different areas and levels in the organization.
  • Manage end-to-end customer journey and accelerate their progression to higher utilization tiers.
  • Design strategy and implement execution plans for promotions, revenue and operating margin of different product lines and services.
  • Implement and manage robust document controls related to equipment and product sales process.
  • In this role, you’ll need

  • Minimum 6 years sales operations experience with previous experience at sales management level
  • Proven experience on leading teams and people development
  • Analytical skills and thrive in a detail-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated experience with both high level sales operations strategy and day to day detailed sales operations work
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations
  • Internal corporate, project management and execution and operational experience preferred
  • Bottom-line, business support and results oriented
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA is desirable.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory. Intermediate Spanish level is desirable
