Service supervisor must deliver comprehensive knowledge of products and potential customer requirements for machine tool systems and solutions to perform field service functions including : product installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, external supplier management and modification of products at the customers site or over the phone.
This individual maintains a good professional working relationship with existing customers and new customers to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by performing : Availability to develop him / herself and grasp technical concepts in preparation to install machine tool related equipment throughout Brazil.
Perform installation of machine tool technology at customers site. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to customers equipment.
Perform on site repairs on customers equipment while thriving to meet companys commitment to response time and call completion.
Self- development abilities as well as service expertise to a wide variety of technologies related to machine tools to correctly diagnose problems, solve them to an appropriate repair level determined by the machine tool company that originally designed the process.
Keeps records of all activities performed and submits all reports complete, accurate and neat. Reports include : weekly expense report, compiled hourly, daily and weekly monthly service reports.
Potentially manages Spare Parts sent to provide service and maintenance to member?s technology deployed in Brazil. Ability to diagnose and trouble shoot cause of electronic, electrical or mechanical malfunction or failures.
Must be able to read schematics, interpret technical documents, and instructions both in English and Portuguese. Managing and responsibility over assigned tooling and assets needed to complete a successful service job.
