Position Responsibilities :
This individual will be responsible for achieving NDT sales goals in Latin America, focusing on NDT traditional film and digital equipment and solutions.
To build and maintain healthy business relationship with Distributors in compliance with Business Ethics and Company Policies.
Define the Indirect Sales strategy for all Countries in Latin America. Coordinate and keep track of the indirect sales funnel.
Define the annual Bussiness Partnership Plans and execute the Quarterly Business Reviews for all CSH NDT Distributors in Latin America.
Required Skills & Education :
Ethical and in Compliance relationship management
Excellent negotiation skills

Ability to work with Direct Customers and through Channels to exceed goals
Great interpersonal and multicultural skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of customers and distributors
Ability to manage a dispersed team

Manage a comprehensive lead and sales funnel process
NDT products and solutions knowledge
Desired Skills / Experience :
5-10 years experience in selling NDT products and solutions
Trilingual English, Spanish, Portuguese
