Description : A very exciting position, the sales enablement Futureforce is a critical role in the Enablement Team, essential to achieve our team design in our region while setting the foundation of the Enablement strategy to progressively increase revenue.
The value of this position for the right candidate is to experience various aspects of Enablement value prop definition, interaction with sales teams, understanding their requirements.
The Sales Enablement intern will analyze history data and courses prediction for sales teams, support on-onboarding processes activities, plan and organize webinar sessions, manage sales teams enablement calendars during the fiscal year and bring insights for improvements on processes and execution.
Main Activity : Support Enablement Planning and Execution activities. Develop And Maintain Sales Enablement Material Revamp sales portal content working with manager Review the existing content Help revamp it Determine the need of other content Maintain the value prop decks Get PMs to update their material when needed Working with multiple internal teams to upgrade to new format and graphic Under manager’s supervision, create additional slides, tweak the existing slides to tailor-
make segment focused decks Manage Sales Teams meeting material preparation Get Agenda from manager Set up internal webinars & certifications Post Sales Enablement Assistance to Achieve Design-
ins Under manager’s supervision, drive completion of action items derived from Sales Enablement content to sales people. Collaborate with the rest of the team to gather all the extra information and complete all the activities needed to achieve design-
ins Support Sales on trainings and its processes. Monitor and create reports for deliveries. Fluent English (mandatory) Fluent Spanish is a plus.
