If you're a self-starter and hungry to learn, apply now and enjoy the ride.Responsibilities : Build and lead the field sales organization in the LATAM regionDefine sales goals with leadership team and implement processes, infrastructure and hiring to execute against set goals and quotasCreate, cultivate and reward a culture of innovation, objectivity, purposeful contribution, and founder mindset within the organizationBuild, lead, develop, and coach a team of Sales Directors and sales account executivesExecute against targets for an assigned territory by hiring and managing elite account executivesSuccessfully manage account executives through ramping, training, and day-to-day activities.

Drive continual progress for each individual on your teamBecome a SaaS expert with deep domain knowledge of Talkdesk products and servicesAccountable for accurate forecastingCreate strategic plans to generate a strong pipeline, while meeting and exceeding sales targetsBuild and maintain business and executive relationships with prospects, clients, and partners - engage customers in jointly addressing business priorities and objectives that align with their business needs and timelinesCollaborate with other departments to promote customer needs and create viable solutionsConduct web-based demos and develop materials necessary to accelerate customer acquisitionWork closely with the Vice President of Sales in compiling sales reports, customer trends, and competitor information Requirements : Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, problem solving, analytical, and solution selling skills10+ years of sales experience in a B2B environmentMinimum of 8 years in sales leadership positions Solid understanding and experience selling into enterprise accounts - must have a Hunter mindset with the ability to learn, adapt and improve constantly Prior success calling on executives in a highly competitive marketProficient with web-based demo software and toolsStrong working knowledge of SalesforceSaaS and Communications experience highly preferredExperience and success with multi-year contracts exceeding $100K+ ARRArticulate, passionate and committed to successstrong understanding of channel partnerships and strategic relationshipsAbility to travel 40% of the timeBachelor’s degree The Talkdesk story hinges on empathy and acceptance.
