In an ever more competitive, complex, and demanding environment, Stanley Black & Decker is establishing a strategic, integrated Revenue Growth Management (RGM) discipline to support the continued drive for sustainable, profitable growth for SBD and our Customers.
To help deliver this, we are establishing a Revenue Growth Management team for the Latin America Group (LAG).
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced RGM Sr Manager to play a key role in driving this transformation in Brazil . Working closely with the Leadership Team and the Director of RGM, the candidate should have a high level of comfort operating with all levels of the organization to communicate, build and execute new concepts, strategies, and behaviors.
Support development and implementation of an RGM roadmap to build capability, processes, and tools to enable improved business outcomes.
Work with regional and global teams to ensure appropriate capability materials and tools are available to support effective RGM transformation
Partner with cluster GMs to drive transformation in the understanding of RGM and how it supports the delivery of business objectives.
Use external and internal data to drive insights & develop and execute commercial actions which drive sustainable profitable growth.
Monitor markets specific Pricing, Promo, Mix and GTN targets in line with markets objectives, brand / channel priorities and sales and margin growth aspirations.
Assist in the implementation and design of Pricing systems and architecture to optimize the processes that support the ongoing Price execution.
Work with local senior management to regularly review and recommend changes to promotional strategies or tactics to improve effectiveness.
Perform analytics to inform Price and Mix change decisions (e.g., Price elasticity, brand ladder, weekly POS price / volume / mix movements, brand equity assessment, etc.).
Review performance and terms compliance for Gross To Net spend across categories, brands, and customers.
Skills & competences
8 year of overall work experience in Commercial, Finance, Marketing or Category Management roles in CPG / FMCG.
5 years Revenue Growth Management (aka Net Revenue Management - NRM) or Commercial Planning experience in dynamic, global businesses.
Analytical & strategic skills able to turn data into insights and synthesize those insights into commercial action plans and Customer selling stories.
Communication and Change Management / Transformation skills : able to effectively lead change with all functions and at levels of the organization.
Strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management concepts with the ability to assess risks, benefits and alternatives and make recommendations based on the appropriate tradeoffs.
Highly developed interpersonal communication & coaching skills.
Be commercially curious and have a pragmatic, problem-solving attitude.
IT : Advanced Excel Level. Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Pricefx or similar tools preferred.
Candidates interested must live or be able to work in São Paulo, Brazil.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
