You are responsible for
Managing operations performance and driving capability improvements for the support organization and service delivery.
Managing Service Improvement Initiatives for Global Services, working across multiple organizations.
Driving change management and harmonized business processes, through problem solving, process simplification, and process compliance across multiple functional disciplines.
Participating in strategic planning, representing continuous improvement initiatives and translating business objectives into programs driving operational performance globally.
Ensuring continuous improvement projects are executed within Philips operating principles and global standard processes.
Packaging complex performance information into consumable action plans focused on improving leading performance indicators and root cause analyses.
Influencing SW quality through the lens of serviceability and customer feedback
Leading productivity improvements through lean techniques, practical problem solving and six sigma techniques to solve problems.
You are a part of
EDI Philips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) Business Group (BG), which provides affordable and integrated informatics solutions for health systems.
We believe that by enabling intelligent decision-making and improving clinical pathways, our solutions will lead to better clinical, operational and financial outcomes across the health continuum.
You will report directly to the Global Services & Solutions Capabilities Lead.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience / Preferred Skills :
Bachelor’s degree (required), MBA (a plus) and 10+ years relevant experience managing complex programs globally, driving performance and process improvements.
Experience executing process improvement projects and influencing cross functional organizations (in a complex global environment)
Strong facilitation, influencing and presentation skills at senior levels
Green Belt a +
Existing knowledge of the EDI business or extensive experience in a SAAS business
Experienced people manager and coach with a passion for developing high performing teams
Flexible leadership and stakeholder management skills including proven verbal and written communication skills to address differentiated needs ranging from individual technical contributors to senior management
Skills in new product integration and managed service business models a strong plus
A creative and inclusive team player who thrives in a challenging, fast paced environment
