T his position
As the founding member of the LATAM FP&A team, the primary role is to provide extensive business partnering and financial support to the LATAM leadership team.
In a highly visible and strategic role, you will oversee financial planning, forecasting, new market planning and decision support for the LATAM Sales VP.
This position reports to the Sr. Director, International FP&A.
Partner with LATAM Sales leadership to drive strategy and accelerate growth in region;
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales leadership, Marketing, Sales Ops, Recruiting, HR etc) to bring business insights and drive execution
Own and drive the annual Go-To-Market planning cycle including the design and execution of the LATAM Sales capacity model, resource planning and org design etc
Develop robust models to streamline decision-making. Ensure financial objectives such as margins, growth, efficiency, productivity, etc.
are appropriately analysed and understood by business partners
Identify and execute financial analysis to optimize business performance including identification of new markets;
Develop repeatable business, operational and financial processes widely understood by all key stakeholders;
BA / BS degree in Business, Finance, or Related Field
8+ years in a progressive finance role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced modelling skills required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt and deal with ambiguity
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Prior FP&A experience
Fundamental understanding of Subscription-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model
Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial concepts
