Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solution Group (ISG) is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as Services Sales Specialist who have a passion for technology and an aptitude for success are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities :
Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer; adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support and trust consulting.
Proactively scopes the solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and Lenovo.
Secures from customer commitments needed to ensure a deal’s sales close. Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales executive to potential risks of deal closure.
Business Responsibilities.
