Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solution Group (ISG) is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as Services Sales Specialist who have a passion for technology and an aptitude for success are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer; adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support and trust consulting.

Proactively scopes the solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and Lenovo.

Secures from customer commitments needed to ensure a deal’s sales close. Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales executive to potential risks of deal closure.

Business Responsibilities.

  • Provides training and professional development to channels, business partners and reseller to leverage not only their product knowledge, advantages, sales key points, competition points, sales points;
  • but also to make a skill transfer about Lenovo Sales Tools, Configurators, Datasheets and Presentations.

    Present technical solutions to end customers to assure that the right message is given the right people.

    Accountabilities and Performance Measures.

  • Achieves assigned productivity and profitability.
  • Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps.
  • Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
  • Preferred :

  • MS in computer science, computer engineering, or related
  • Experience working within a datacenter and Services Consulting
  • Knowledge in Solutions based in Servers, Storages, Networking and Services
  • Knowledge in Hyperconverged Solutions (HCI)
  • Knowledge in Project Evaluation
  • Knowledge in Cloud / Hybrid Solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English)
  • Corporate experience (5+ years selling IT solutions)
  • Industry sales certifications (VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, Red Hat)
  • Strong relationship building skills with both customers and colleagues
