    That's why we're on the search for a superstar Sales Tech Admin.

    As a Sales Tech Admin, you will support the performance of Cloudbeds Sales Stack.

    A Sales Tech Admin works with the Sales Ops Team and has duties related to administering the Sales Technology Stack. This role will play a key role in the daily maintenance and improvement of these systems which are critical to the growth and success of the sales team.

    This role will also serve as the main point of contact for users who require support and will be able to maintain and prioritize the established case management system.

    Location : Remote - Brazil

    What You Will Do :

  • Ensuring optimal performance of the complete sales stack systems (Outreach, Chilipiper, Dialpad, etc.)
  • Management of user access and permissions across the sales tech stack
  • 1st line of defense when it comes to troubleshooting day-to-day issues with the tech stack
  • Respond to issues or questions from users throughout the organization, resolve technical and functional support issues and provide training material on new features and functionality
  • Perform daily reviews of user and system errors, correcting or escalating as appropriate
  • Define and develop key sales support systems / processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
  • You’ll Succeed With :

  • Salesforce product knowledge and a minimum of 6 months of hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements while utilizing proven project management methodologies
  • Expert knowledge of sales productivity tools such as Outreach, Chilipiper, Dialpad, etc.
  • The position requires exceptional people skills with the ability to effectively interact and work with diverse personalities
  • Experience with Process documentation and training

  • This opportunity is a Full-time registered position ( CTL ), including flexible benefits as required by Brazilian Labor Laws.
