What does a Community Manager do at Hogarth?

  • Act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person;
  • Map and suggest influencers for specific campaigns;
  • Responsible for coordinating the content calendar of multiple brands;
  • Pair with the Strategy team to develop strategic content planning on social networks for different brands, identifying the best platforms, approaches, frequency, and formats of this content;
  • Create performance reports for social networks, extracting numbers and pointing out actions to improve results;
  • Work with Creative and Performance teams to identify opportunities to explore new trends, networks, influencers, and themes in customer content;
  • Create brand interaction guides determining the tone of voice of conversations and the channels through which communication will be made;
  • Ensure the quality of delivery, checking layout and writing guidelines to check if the final pieces correspond to the client's briefing.
  • Reporting lines and key stakeholders

    This role reports to the Porto Alegre office.

    You will work closely with Content Strategy and Creative teams.

    Requirements

  • English in advanced level
  • Experience of at least 3 years working with social media for brands from multiple areas of expertise;
  • Experience with researches to choose influencers for advertising campaigns;
  • Experience creating performance reports of organic or paid posts on social networks;
  • Ability to create presentations on content strategies and performance reports;
  • Desirable knowledge of website performance metrics;
  • Knowledge of content management tools for social media (some examples of this tool category : Hootsuite, Etus, Sprinklr);
  • Desirable knowledge of social listening tools (some examples from this tool category : Brand24, Brandwatch, Awario).
