About Our Internship Program

We are currently seeking motivated Finance & Accounting students for the Summer 2021 Internship Program located at our GTS headquarters in Towson, MD.

Selected students will participate in a meaningful and challenging 10-week summer internship that will allow each intern to have exposure to different facets of the GTS business and receive critical business skills and career and personal development training.

Interns will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects within a cross functional team of professionals and get exposure to leaders within the business.

Key Responsibilities :

The Finance Interns will have the opportunity to experience general corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, internal audit, IT finance and much more.

Possible responsibilities may include but are not limited :

Use ROI model to evaluate new product develop projects as well as evaluate product the product road within the department

Utilize Margin Analytic trending in relationship to ROI models / capital spending, pricing, and promotions

Lead FAR approval reporting, monthly cost tracking against approved FARs, and ad-hoc analysis for vendor spend within budget

Review processes for compliance with policies

Provide internal communications about our investments through the Stanley internal website

Our Requirements :

Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Finance at a college or university level

Proven Leadership in and out of the classroom

Fast learner and someone that takes the initiative

An active participant on a team or in a collaborative environment

Strong Knowledge / Skills of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Strong communications and presentations skills

All applicants must be based in and / or able to commute to Towson, MD
